Angry Help...Trying to work my way thru "Welcome Wizard"

I don't know if this is the proper forum, so, please forgive me if it isn't. It goes without saying, I am a newbee.

I am trying to install Calibre on my desktop (Win 7 32 bit). I am trying to work my way through "Kindle email" and "Send email from" in the Calibre Welcome Wizard. I'm thinking that the "Kindle email" would be the email address found in the settings on my Paperwhite reader. I have no idea what email address the "Send email from" is asking for. I feel like a three legged turtle sitting on top of a fence post. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

See https://manual.calibre-ebook.com/faq...-using-calibre

Some one who uses email to kindle may have more info.

Did you watch the videos ==>> https://calibre-ebook.com/demo

IMO they're well worth the effort, which is not something I would say about many instructional videos - as a general rule I loathe them.

Watch a segment, practice it - rinse and repeat, till you 'get it'.
