I know the thread is quite old, but just wanted to remind everyone that if they haven't yet spent their settlement credits at Amazon, they expire at midnight on Saturday.

I know this is an old thread, but...

Some people are getting more settlement money today at Amazon and B&N. So far nothing for me at Kobo (and the other stores I received checks from have all since closed )

In November 2014, a federal court approved a Settlement of antitrust lawsuits brought against Apple, Inc. (“Apple”) by State Attorneys General and Class Plaintiffs about the price of electronic books (“eBooks”). These settlements resulted in customer credits that were distributed in June 2016 for qualifying Kindle book purchases made between April 1, 2010 and May 21, 2012. These credits expired in June 2017. Eligible customers do not need to do anything to receive these credits. If you are eligible, we have already calculated your credit and have added it to your Amazon account. Eligible customers should have received a notification email from Amazon on Oct 18, 2017. This credit will expire at 11:59pm HST on April 20, 2018. Got an email from B&N telling me I'd have credit within 3 days (I think my first one there was like $2-3). Nothing from Amazon yet where the majority of any credits I've gotten have been from in the past.

Thanks. It does work on anything. It turns out I had a $10 echo credit too. We are finishing up a free Prime trial. So I ordered two packs so it was like buy one get one for $1. I didn't pay any real money thanks to the settlement credit. This makes me happy.

If anyone must know. I ordered Cottonelle for $10.76 came to a little under $13 for two.
