Swanwick trio

If anybody is interested, there is a trio of Michael Swanwick (Bones of the Earth, In the Drift, and Vacuum Flowers) on sale all together at $1,99, :

https://www.amazon.com/Bones-Earth-D...KAEYF1WKG7CGR3

If anybody is interested in him, it's a good price.
Continuing to browse, also James Blish, A Case of Conscience is on sale.

https://www.amazon.com/Case-Conscien...EK772C2SKTY1KE

This is strongly advisable! Do not lose it.

The Dragonslayer's Sword is the first of a four-book series by Resa Nelson. and is currently free at AMazon.com. The second book is also on sale for $0.99 and the other two are $4 each, so you can get eh whole set for less than $9 if you so desire.

I grabbed this series at least in part from a bundle a couple years ago and enjoyed them quite enough to put in my reread list.

Strange, Kobo has this one free, a free collection of two short stories from the series, and the free first novel from her Dragonfly series but none of the rest of the series.

Lately there have been a number of offers for her anthologies (The birthday of the world, and the The Found and the Lost). I wonder if there are any overlap with this anthology before buying it. Does anybody know ?

The shorts are good, too. I believe the reception to one or both caused the full novels to be written, but I could be mistaken.

The Found and the Lost is all her novellas (13). The Unreal and the Real are short stories from her entire career chosen by her (39). There is one story which is in both. The Birthday of the World has 8 stories: 1 in both the others, 1 also in The Found and the Lost, and 1 in The Unreal and the Real.

TL;DR -- Buy The Unreal and the Real even if you already have some of her other anthologies. It's huge, and basically a "best of."

Anderson (a title available in previous HB and/or SB, IIRC), Kristine Kathryn Rusch, Robert Jeschonek, and Dean Wesley Smith himself, plus a Fiction River anthology volume.

Will do, thank you. By the way, it is the same price in Amazon US and Kobo. On Kobo though the book seems to be divided in 2 and only the first book is on offer; just from the pages number calculation, the Amazon offer (737 pages) seems to comprise both Kobo books (358 and 430 pages).

You might be looking at the UK edition, which comes as two volumes. The US edition is one volume, on Kobo it has 873 pages / 238K words: https://www.kobo.com/ca/en/ebook/the...l-and-the-real

As Geoff said, you want the single volume edition from Saga Press (2016). It originally came out in two volumes from Small Beer Press (2012).
