It was 3 audiobooks at first, right? Yeah, it does seem like they were trying to sell a bunch without being totally forthright.

Yep, it was 3 books using vouchers, then it changed to a 2 book trial offer for new Audible customers only. That made the Audible bundle a zero-value deal.

It never hurts to request it.

I've made several requests and one time they gave me a $10 credit for being inconvenienced because the feature wasn't there (I forgot what it was).

Yes, I was told mine was vouchers, but when I got it, the card said "new customers only." In the fine print of the card, not on the web site. I was able to get the 3 credits added to my account using Amazon CS.

My voucher was indeed for 3 books. That's what CS issued me. Apparently I just have use them within the next month if I don't keep some paid membership.

I'm so tired Alexa telling me I don't own a song but it's available through Amazon Unlimited.

I do own the song. I now have to use the app to get her to play a song.

I'm not following. You say you own the song. Did you purchase it through Amazon Music, or have you uploaded a personal recording of it to Amazon music? Or are you saying you have to specifically say Amazon music to get her to play it without complaining?
