I have CC on my iPad and Calibre on my Mac Air laptop. About one out of every 5 attempts to connect these with one another works, for a short time, then the connection is lost. Is there a log for CC or Calibre that I can include here to get help trouble-shooting this issue?

Taking a guess from my experience as the Android CC developer: if the connection is made then lost then the problem is probably the WiFi connection, in which case logs won't show much. Does the iPad have a strong connection? Does the Mac Air? Do you have neighbors that share the WiFi channel you are using? Is one of the devices near a microwave oven or a cordless telephone?
As for logs: there should be an option in CC's settings to send a CC debug log file to MultiPie. |
