Well, if he can't upload a file, based on VERY thorough instructions, images and a video, the chances that he'll make it through our process (which requires uploading, downloading, installing eReading software, etc.) is non-existent. Different brands have different servings I think. I saw one where it said 1 cookie and one where it had 2 cookies. And with 10 g of carb you would think each one had more than 3.3 g. Hence my confusion.

Since it is cookies, assume 1 to be on the safe side. Especially since we found 1, 2 and 3.
This is assuming it is ok for you to have fewer carbs not more carbs.

Hopefully third time will be lucky. To get my money back from my health insurance for a prescription you have to send in a copy of the receipt and fill out a form. You can do that by making an actual copy, fill in the form and send it in by snail mail. You can do it on your computer or though the app. I use the app, in the app itself you can take a picture of the receipt to send it in.

I did that twice and it got rejected twice because the picture wasn't clear. I found out that the in-app photo software is crap. When I take a picture with the native photo app it's much clearer. I wonder why, the app is designed to take pictures of receipts, which are more often than not small print.

Spin-off rant:
Whether you claim via snail mail, PC or app the insurance company will always send you a new claim form. Even if you've always claimed digitally (like I do). A waste of paper and postage. Luckily they send the rejection or confirmation digitally if you want that (I do).

The purpose of a cookie company is to make as much money as possible by selling as many cookies as they can. Confusing the customer might be part of the strategy.

How to find out the weight of one cookie without using scales: Divide net weight of package by number of cookies in package.

I'm almost sure I have an UTI again. I first thought it was because of my period (sometimes during the first days it feels like I have a UTI), but it should have been gone by now. However, it is only getting worse and today I feel a bit off, not sick but a bit shivery and tired.

So tomorrow I'm going to hand in an urine sample at the GP, hopefully the quicky test the assistant does is positive, then I can pick up my prescription tomorrow afternoon. Last year the quicky test wasn't positive and I had to wait until after the weekend for the longer test.

Meanwhile I've got cranberry tablets and I'll drink a lot water. If I feel up to it tomorrow I'll visit the biological supermarket to see if they have real cranberry juice. The ones the regular supermarkets sell are 90% or more apple juice.

Is there some reason that jackasses like Anderson Cooper actually believe that shoving himself and a cameraman--at least two people--inside a rescue Blackhawk makes sense, in any universe? That it's more important for him to broadcast the news, than for these crews to have the ability to rescue at least 2 more people, from the disaster that is Houston?

How many trips, over the last 5 days, have these idiots been on? By my count, a CNN crew has been on at least one chopper per day, all day long, filming rescues. How many cycles is that? (Takeoffs/landings to set down rescuees.) How many more people could have been rescued, if these morons hadn't taken up that extremely, extremely valuable space? I know I've seen the chopper crews leave people, at least 1-2x, because they ran out of room. Personally, I'd have left the goddamn news crew and taken the actual victims, but I guess that's just me.

Honestly, the 24-hour news cycle is simply shameful. You want some spectacular footage, fine, go on a rescue or two. This? This is obscene.

I'd give her Karma if I could, but totally agree. And I've noted that the CBC teams down there are on foot or in a truck, not riding around in a chopper. I get the need for news. But lives come first.

My thinking is either actually help or get out of the way. Actually not get out of the way but go back home.

On the same topic, a bunch of West Texans with boats got the bright idea to go to that area and help rescue people. None had ever been to the area before. The authorities told them, you don't know the area, we have it under control so go home.

I wonder if that was the string of pickups towing boats, that I saw a video of on Facebook. It seemed like such a good idea ....

Rumpel: AZO is over the counter, here at least. Eases the symptoms of UTI, while you wait for treatment. Nowadays, I take 1 daily (normal dosage is 2, several times a day, however).
