Just thought I'd introduce myself seeing as I've already posted in the sony 505 refurb thread.

I'm 36 year old (now student again) from The Netherlands, and I used to own an ebookman wich unfortunately has just short circuited (or something).
I miss it like crazy with all it's imperfections, so
I've been doing a lot of research on this forum lately as to wich reader I should buy next. I wanted to thank everybody for their helpful and insightful posts and say hello, finally.

Whichever e-book reader you decide on, you can bet you will love it.

Thanks for the welcome everyone! well, I already decided and bought a refurbished sony prs 505.

It seems the company( expansys uk) has run out and I don't know if I will get my reader

the sony reader is what I wanted, because of calibre and because I'm a linux user. Oh well. It seemed like a nice deal, but it will just heve to wait then. Me owning a reader that is...
