Mischief in Maggody is the 2nd in the Arly Hanks/Maggody series by Joan Hess. It has dropped to $0.56 at Kindle US, so if you haven't bitten at $0.99 or $1.99 in the past, maybe $0.56 will get you . I've rarely seen $0.56 pricing from Open Road, and when I do, it doesn't last long, so grab it fast if you want it...

Today's Big Deal at Amazon UK is books 2-9 in Lynda La Plante's Anna Travis series for just £0.99 each.

Weirdly, the first book in the series is still £5.99 for the Kindle edition!

And the three books in her prime suspect series seem to be £0.99 as well, although I don't know why.

Another $0.56 title from Open Road at Kindle US, although I'm having a little trouble deciding if it belongs here or in general fiction. If anyone has read it, and can advise, please do!

The Salinger Contract by Adam Langer is described in the blurb as "[an] enthralling literary mystery", but also "[a] novel of literary crimes and misdemeanors", and is listed under "literature & fiction". And the blurb seems a little ambiguous, although interesting, to me at least. But, for $0.56, and probably not for very long, WTH...
