Borax and sandpaper. Immerse under warm water and dry with a hair dryer. It gets right down to the nitty-gritty. And beyond.

YIKES! I almost forgot: Remember to take off the cover first! *

Normally I use clean soft microfiber cloth damped a little with water, and occasionally with moistened wipes available commercially.

I've never needed to clean my kindle screen, I have a cover for it, so nothing gets on it.

I generally use my finger or even nail. But then I always have a screenprotector on my tablet and phone screens. Fingerprints aren't really visible and I don't know how else to get them dirty...

Ereader screens same thing, the only "dirt" on those are sneeze drops and those come off easily with your finger or nails.
