My Kindle stuck on the tree screen after updating to 5.8.9.2

While I appreciate this suggestion my question was actually really more basic.
Has anyone here tried talking to Amazon about this and explaining that they broke the device (in comparison: what happened after Apple bricked those iPad Pros? Weren't they exchanged free of charge?)

I have only heard of a few cases where a firmware update bricked a kindle. Most of them were determined to be something other than the update. So I don't think it is a real problem.
Did you brick your kindle after installing the latest firmware?

With only a single report, it is most likely a case isolated to that single device/user combination.

KPW3 is rebooted often, reboot when sometimes when I set many instruction
in same time, or when try to open some book, one time works good, one
time is rebooted for 1 or 2 times in row.
Or rebooted when is screen server on screen, have software glitch, i try many solution for fix, not have serial cable, is this possible to fix when new firmware released or when released jb to downgrade this 5.8.9.2 to older firmware ?

Any PW cannot withstand a lot of load . And that reboot could be due to a corrupted book. Try openingother book and report back!
BTW, Is the Kindle JB-ed one?

Deleted all book, reset device to factory and same, pw3 not jb, i try with others battery and battery not problems. In kindles board all ok.
U put and 2-3 books and sometimes when book open and lock kindle, i got reboot for 5minutes or not wont to wake up till restart on button and when powers up i got message Application Error.
It's possible to read book, wifi works, surfing works ...
All books which is load on other kindles works, only this kindle have problem.
I try 10 pw3 for last 2 months.

I contact Amazon, but kindle is not in warranty, amazon support is bad options, when i have problems amazon support not help.
This is software problems with bug of fw, which need to again installed in some way.

Where are you getting these books that lock up your pw?

Try putting the file named:
DO_FACTORY_RESTORE
at the top of visible USB storage.
All capitals, no content, no filename extension.
re-boot.

If that does not fix it, the only way to downgrade that firmware version is by using the serial port.
You will probably need someone fluent in English to translate the directions for you.

What do you mean by set many instructions?

Native Serbia and Serbian books, works all good in others kindles for years.
and for instructions i try to open books fast, list it 10-15 time right left, to exit to home, open to browse internet, close, open books all fast.

I do that pw3 restored to fabric menu, but when i try to skip registration it's restarted and now works will see when i put some books on it, but i think that problems is still there.

If not fix it like this i will try to find motherboard to replace it.

Maybe jb when come out help me with this problems, that solution plane to do next, or some other ideas ?

I am not understanding open books fast and list 10-15 times. What do you mean by list?
Are you writing things down or trying to copy and paste from the book to a website?
