I finally got the price matches this morning. For a while, they were refunding the price matches the next day, but the last couple weeks have been quite slow.

I recently received two 90% off We've Missed you codes from them on two different accounts and used both of them successfully on my third, so I don't think they're region locked.

That's still better than a company I'm dealing with. I opened a ticket with them about three weeks ago, have bumped it twice to make sure it doesn't auto-close, and still haven't gotten even an automated reply. This is AFTER they canceled a reward redemption and kept the points I'd spent for it.

Next to that, Kobo looks pretty damn good.

I've even gotten them the same day occasionally. I don't really care if it takes a few days, but don't tell me to expect it in 24 hours. It made me wonder if the form didn't go through properly or if I hadn't given them all the correct info.

Not sure if it will work for anyone else, but I got a miss you 90% off that I couldn't use on my main account but worked on a secondary Kobo account. June 16th is supposedly the last day of use and works on any couponable book.

Was the account it worked with the account it was sent to? Or had you recently used another "miss you" code with the account it didn't work with?

As critical as everyone is about the coupons working and not working, it is very unlikely that this is random. It is most likely that it is all following some complicated set of rules that we don't know. And because they are being used in ways that they were not intended to be used (eg. "miss you" codes being used on accounts they were not sent to).

I've gotten the exact same 90% we miss you code three times and always tried to use it on the account it was sent to. Never has one worked, yet when they send 40% or lower codes they always manage to send codes that work. Nothing complicated about it. If you send a code to an account it should work on said account.

Just used DSCVR90BK on the Kobo site to get 90% off. I tried a bunch of codes over the past few days on "The Black Narcissus" and this one finally worked. Got the book for $1.20.

I just watched the movie yesterday, and have been wanting to read the book, but my library doesn't carry it.
