The latest "no-rush shipping" digital credits expire September 17, 2017. The previous credits will expire on June 11, 2017.

I just bought an ebook published by Penguin/Random House and a $1 No-Rush Shipping Credit was applied to the purchase price at checkout which shouldn't have happened since I'm in the US. I also bought an ebook sold by Amazon Digital Services earlier today and the credit didn't get applied, so I think this may just be a glitch???

Would be interested to see if this has happened to anyone else lately?

I bought an ebook, my credits didn't get applied. I contacted CS, returned for refund, tried again. Hours later I got the purchase email, still not applied. I returned it again.

I just placed a Prime order and was offered a $1 digital credit that expires September 17. That hadn't happened for me since mid-April when they began offering only $5 Prime Pantry credits for no-rush shipping. I hope they offer digital credits for a while so I can build up my balance. I like to use them for movie rentals.

Most of the e-books I get are freebies. I always receive a confirmation email after e-book purchase, whether the book's free or paid.

I just bought a Random House book and the no rush credit was applied for me too and I am in the US. I stopped using the no rush option when it couldn't be used on the big publishers. I used it this week because I'm on vacation and the package was delivered today.

Has anyone recently experienced delays in getting the $1 no-rush digital credits added to their account?

For the last week or two, the $1 credits haven't been applied to my account immediately after product shipment as they always had been before. Instead, the amount is credited a day or two after the item is sent.

I'm glad to say that I still get digital credits in the UK. (All my June ebook purchases have been with digital credits!)
