Been the same for me. Somehow they manage to issue 25-35% codes that work just fine, but they've sent me a 90% code in Feb, March & April and all three times the code hasn't worked (probably because it's the same code each time and they probably sent it to me before Feb too so according to their system it's been used).

How weird -- you all are apparently getting all the codes they never send to me. Not that I really need them. I rarely get anything over $5. And I have more than I'll ever read plus a good library.

I did receive a working 90% code this month. My first in a long time.

I did receive an email about a MAY30 code for 30% off box sets on May 26th, although I never attempted to use it. I doubt it only works for box sets, Kobo doesn't seem that organized. May be worth a try.

One of my books is in the promo--it is an opt-in type of code so it is likely it will only work on those books. Many of the promos are now opt-in so the books actually have to be added to the special list (because we authors agree to pay a larger portion to Kobo in order to be on that list.)

I got a 90% code that was supposed to expire on 5-27. I just used it so it was still active today. I've had two previous 90% codes that didn't work even though I tried them when they should have still been active. Maybe you need to wait until the code expires to use it? This is Kobo we're talking about.

I was doing a price check of wishlist books, and it looks like, in Canada at least, a bunch of Random Penguin books can now be purchased for points as well as dollars.

I'm sure someone already used it. Codes like that are almost always one time use so the first person to use it is the only one it will work for.

Someone (or several someones) must be sitting on this forum waiting for these codes to be posted. I actually was up and online about 25 minutes after that code was posted. I tried to use it 10 minutes later, and I received the same message about it not working.

It's been a *long* time since I have gotten any code to work on Kobo. I still remember the 50% total purchase codes posted site-wide in February and June 2016. Made several purchases at that time. In the past 12 months, I haven't seen any general, unlimited discount approaching that.
