I have to go to CVS tomorrow, but you need cash to do this and I don't normally use cash. If I have to go to an ATM it's more trouble than it's worth for me.

Edit: I just realized that I don't think I have a working ATM card anyway.

I schlepped to CVS to add the $50 to my account; by the time I got home I had received the e-mail confirmation. No e-mail about the $10 credit, though. I wouldn't be concerned except that other people seem to have gotten both e-mails at the same time.

I had to contact them. got routed around and eventually to "retail support"; they added the credit manually.

My mom got no credit either, her support person promised they'd fix it in a few days; when I complained and asked for retail support, they promised to add an extra $5. No sign of either credit when I left, so I'll have to have her check again today.

I also had to call; my rep put me on hold for ages, then came back and said she couldn't reach whoever she was trying to reach who could address the issue. Then she offered me a $10 credit, which she applied immediately. She said if the original one came through, I should just keep the one she gave me as well.
