Problem kobo glo hd
Hello everyone, I'm Italian, so sorry for my English. I have a kobo glo hd that has this problem. The screen remains firm and will not budge. What can it be?

The glass is not broken, the problem is internal.

The screen fractured substrate the thin layer of glass that's under the outer screen. This is not a warranty issue.

From Kobo, you can get an Aura Edition 2 for 119,99 € and an Aura H2O for 179,99 €. I would spend the extra and go for the H2O.

There are some, but they aren't good enough and they are very expensive.

When you do get your new reader, please put it in a good case and treat it carefully so that you don't have another break. No impact, no twisting or bending forces, and no extremes of temperature.
