Nice, pooh. Not quite that warm here, but still, a decent day - up to 10C (50F) and dry, so we're moving right along.

Meanwhile, I think I'm going to walk away from this script for the day and try again tomorrow. Time to watch some curling, and have a Port Charlotte or two.

Earl Grey this morning

Little Man has started sports outside his Pre-School program. Tuesday and Thursday is Tennis and Wednesday is Blastball (Pre T-ball). He is excited. Mommy is getting up earlier so she has time to get to the gym and exercise before taking Little Man to his activities.

Migraines suck! Do whatever it takes to survive. (I assume you have or have at least tried, one of the Triptans, such as Maxalt?)

I took the triptan Axert already ... but one of the side effects is nausea ... which the Guinness soothes ...

yes, nausea can definitely be a side effect of them. But better than the headache!!

You're right, you don't. The nausea is, however, usually milder and more treatable. Sharon always claimed it wasn't the medication that gave her the nausea, it was just that she really couldn't notice it with the migraine pain. Take away the pain, and then she could notice it. She used ginger or some prescription anti-nausea med if it was bad enough.
