Is it at all possible to connect Boox Max to a projector whether by Bluetooth, wifi or cables? That is one function would prove incredibly useful for me.

Actually I have some issue doing this: writing with Note doesn't work properly when the vnc server is running and I have to use some other handwriting app like Write or Xodo. They are not optimized for Boox Max, but they do the job. I don't think you can directly connect Max to a projector. |

I think the reason that note and probably also Neo don't work is that the max has a special mode for scribbles where the screen doesn't change, only ink is added, and I bet that mode does not get the ink to the android system and vnc. Another option could be to use an overhead projector. Something like the Elmo MO-1 Visual Presenter. I guess it depends what the purpose is. |

Ahh, that is unfortunate. I was hoping to get away with carting fewer electronic devices about. Will stick to tethering my tablet to the projector for the moment.
However, thanks for providing the workaround. It is good to know that there is a way to do so were it ever to prove necessary. |

I have to say that writing on the max is really fun. A bit too much fun, actually.
Anyway, I wanted to ask what is the best place to send feedback - bugs and such. Is it here? Is there some e-mail? Thanks! |

Neoreader : glyphs and fonts.
Hello,
I would know if it's possible to change the 'glyphs' of characters like with the M92 with Neoreader ? Could you change the font for EPUB files or PDF files in Neoreder ? I wouldn't loose the first thing and the later is missing in the M92. Thanks. |

Unless I'm wrong, the software in the M92 and the Max is the same, so in theory you should be able to do with the Max what you're already able to do with the M92 and only that.

The light on the page doesn't need to be perfectly even. My i86 is not perfect in that regard but if one concentrates on the text instead of the device you don't notice it. Last edited by rine111; 02-18-2017 at 09:42 AM. |

The M92 is a pure Linux device, not android, so the reader is not the same. And what I want is not possible with the M92. This functions are missing for me. I would know if it's possible with the ONYX MAX.

I used xposed to get around this, but IIRC some apps build in work-arounds that'll let them write.
It'd be nice if Onyx would modify KK just enough to make the whole sd-card issue go away. As I understand it they'd just have to modify a single file. |
