For years, my 'goto' was Laphroaig .... then my palate shifted through Ardbeg into Talisker ... then to Bruichladdich ....

Went well, all things considered. Ill likely need to blow away the domain controller and rebuild it, but that's trivial, and very low overhead. Just move the FSMO roles, demote the server, and build a new VM. Time to move that to a core installation, anyway.

Talisker remains my go-to, but Bruichladdich Port Charlotte is coming up on the outside. Harder to come by, however, since we get a lot less of it into BC.
