Aura Show stats by default

Hi everybody,
When I hit the center of my screen (I set screen parameters like this) the parameter screen appears to set font and text size, stats, etc...
I choose "stats" (the bar icons) then I go back to my book. I read few pages then I hit center of the screen again : stats appears by default. Cool.
BUT while reading the book, if I "underline" a word in order to open the dictionnary, the next time I hit the center of the screen, the "default" stat screen is over and I need to choose the icon bar again. Is there a tip to open stats screen by default when I press the center of the screen ?
