Which font did you select? is the line-height slider all the way to the left?

Source Code Pro(the one that I chose) and Kobo Nickel(I think is its' name it has nickel i nit) and they all almost always does that insane spacing thing.

Kobo Nickel has a big line spacing built in. Try any of the other fonts.

Try Georgia. It's a nice font and it doesn't have a wide line-height.
