No it persists. The font settings in general don't have an influence.

Are you using the full screen reading? If so, that is a known bug in that unofficial mode. From memory, you can fix it with a patch to the firmware.

Yes I am, but I wouldn't say fullscreen is unofficial, just not exposed. Do you have more information on the firmware patch?

This post has Information about the problem and ways to fix it. See the first post in that thread for links to patching instructions if you want to do that.

But for sideloaded KePubs you can solve that particular problem of the text being shifted to the right by modifying the book's stylesheet instead of patching, which is usually an easier and more durable solution once you have set Calibre up to do it automatically.

Thank you, I went with the "modify css" feature from KoboTouchExtended and it seems to work well.

It is unofficial. It's not an activated feature.

I was pleased to note that the problem of the reference to the cover page in the Table of Contents has been corrected in the latest version of Calibre. I thank everyone.

I really like this plugin, thank you!

I have some amateur questions however:

- Would it be possible to use this output plugin with the ebook-convert.exe command line tool? I'm working on a method that automatically converts .docx files to epubs, would be great to convert them to kepubs instead/also.

- I have problem loading the converted kepubs on my H2O. I try to sideload the books by copying over USB, but the eReader does not recognize the new files, it adds none of the converted kepubs to the library. Am I doing something wrong, or sideloading kepubs is not possible this way?

Not currently, and it's actually a fair bit of restructuring to make it work with the CLI utilities as I understand it. I'll keep it in mind, but I'm not actively maintaining these anymore (as I have time, basically).

Do the books work when you add them with calibre? If so it's something about how you're copying them. Remember the conversion only can have a single extension ('.kepub' in this case) because of how calibre treats the file name, but a KePub file actually has a double extension ('.kepub.epub') that the Kobo reader requires. Sounds like you're using Windows, so make sure you've got Explorer set to show all file extensions before you go trying to make any changes to file names.

Oh, that should be the problem then, thanks!
I just convert in calibre then copy to Kobo in Total Commander, didn't do any extension changes.

I'll try that tomorrow, I don't have the reader with me now, but it will work that way for sure.
