[iOS] ascending vs descending order in groups
Is there a way to change from ascending to descending order when grouping by Calibre acquired date? Also, does 'group by first letter' have to be selected every time the app is opened?

No need for a second post. If someone doesn't know, Steve (the dev) will be along at some point.

FWIW: In android (I am the Android dev) you can set that option in two places: in the grouping drawer and in settings. I don't know if this is true in iOS. If it is then a change in one place might be remembered across restarts and the other not.

Making it remember grouping by first letters is on the todo list as well.

At the moment though, I'm fighting with updating the app to use Swift 3, Apple's latest programming language. It's giving me a lot of problems so updates are a bit delayed.

Thank you chaley and Steve for the answers. The functionality I need is there. This was just a convenience that would be nice to have but doesn't affect my appreciation of having CC on my iPads and iPhone. I'm in no hurry.
