Google Play Books is Not Working
Is anyone else having a problem with them? It's not just the app. When I go through my laptop on Chrome I get.

On Firefox the page is blank. On my Devices I just get Can't retrieve your Library error. It's been like this since yesterday.

Good to go, here, as well. With both app and browser. Could still be an issue with the distributed network/dns in your particular area, though.

Google Play definitely thinks we are in another country. Here's a screen shot of the Play Store not logged in to any account.

Notice All Books/Movies/Music is gone.

If I go through Proxy I can see everything but I know better than to try and log in as Google will lock my account thinking I'm being hacked.

I've tried everything from changing DNS servers. flushing DNS cache....I'm at a loss.

Somehow something decided that you weren't in the US.

I had that with Yahoo mail once. It had an IP address from Brazil and I got Brazilian
spam. It just disappeared one day. Think the other half messed with the router.

Check your Google account. Go into your dashboard and make sure all is as you set it up and wanted it.

Did you try setting up a new email? If that doesn't let you access all of the services -

Try checking your modem/router. You can check that all is OK with your ISP, too.

If that doesn't work, see if Google can help.

Google will also decide you can't reload the apps you bought. It happened with the Audubon guide series. Google would not allow me to put them on a new phone. Amazon had them on sale for 99 cents so I repurchased them. Since then, all are available on Play. In that case, things just aren't available in the list.

Google has had mixups before.

It's only Google Play that thinks I'm another country. Google other services doesn't.
I'm in Missouri never been out of country. Google Play is Nuts.

Update. It's the IP address. I was able to connect my laptop directly to the modem which gave a new IP address and Play books loaded right up. I got my books into ADE. However after reconnected the router I'm still stuck with the banned IP address but at least I got my books.

Is it banned or "stuck"? When we had Comcast it seemed to eat IP addresses and once I restarted the router I could get into sites again.
