Sounds like a powerful combination!

A glass of Talisker 10Yr tonight. And I no sooner bought out the last one that the local BC Liquor store had and they got in 6 more. I might actually have to stop making the trip to the next town if this local keeps upping its game!

It's a conspiracy! I went to my local store (which hasn't had Port Charlotte in stock since before Thanksgiving) this weekend to buy some Laphroaig ... and there on the shelf! TWO bottles of Port Charlotte! What could I do?

A new one for me, tonight. Ballechin 10Yr. This is a Highland single malt but heavily peated. (>50ppm) With an oloroso cask finish. Smooth, very smoky/peaty, but with a trace of sweetness. Very nice.

I arrived at work late, Little Man has a bad cold and his cough was so bad last night he threw up. This morning we went to the doctor, he is fine except for the cough. We learned we can give allergy and cold medicine so he is better medicated. There was no coughing at nap time so I am hopeful that we have it under control.

Good. Always scary when the little ones are sick, even when you're "sure" it's just a cold.

Drinking faux San Pellegrino this afternoon. After lots of Murchie's English Breakfast this morning.
