How do you set your Aura One lights?

I like the idea of the auto setting lights, but I got the Aura One specifically for the blue light reduction. In the end I turned off the auto feature and set it manually. I have the brightness at 8% and the natural light at 65%. I think it gives the page a nice old yellowed look. It's exactly what I wanted. I've tried my Glo HD since I got my Aura, but the bright white screen is just too bright now.

(The natural light has 17 steps, so 100% ÷ 17 = 5.88% per step x 11 steps = 64.7%)

I've got my front light set to 19%, natural light at 0% with auto off for both. I like the colour of the screen without the natural light.

Light is at 2% and natural light between 80 and 90%. Both are not on auto.

During the day, I set the natural light at 0% and the light at 100% when sunny, some 70% when in a poor light. When in bed at night, I lower the room light to a minimum and set the One light and natural light at some 30% - in some books this leads me to increase the thickness of the font, which I reduce again in daylight.

Sadly, the significant other does not like having lights on while she is trying to sleep. Something to do with waking up to find the lights still on and me soundly asleep on too many occasions.

Seriously, why would you say that? I've been reading in bed since I was 4 years old, and all it's done for me is broadened my vocabulary.

I have been using both the automatic light setting and the automatic natural light setting. The Auto light setting doesn't always work well so I will set it manually on occasion. The natural light is fantastic at night. I do read with the lights turned off on occasion and with the natural light it is very pleasant.
