I've just seen the second tracking update, 2,5 to 3 days after the package was sent.

It is still in France! They moved it from Saint-Tropèz to somewhere near Paris. At this rate, it'll be in Brussels in another three working days, then it'll take another three to move the package to Eindhoven or thereabouts, and then another day to get it delivered.
I think ours are in the same horse and carriage. Hopefully they'll change to a more motorized vehicle now that it has arrived at the post terminal of Charles De Gaulle.

I've checked on the map, and Roissy is near Paris. I haven't got more information at this time; and you probably haven't, either. IMHO, moving a package only half-way across France in 3 days is slow. As said, I hope it's just slow tracking updates. In the past, I've had the occasional experience of receiving a package (from Germany) two days before the tracking updates stated that the package was out for delivery.

Roissy Hub is Charles de Gaulle Airport. And it doesn't say times, so it could be it went overland from Saint Tropez to Paris (which is about 900km). Not all countries are so small you can get from one side of the country within a day, especially not by truck

If Noreve handed over the package at the end of the day on the 31st, it wouldn't probably have left till the 1st. And with 900km to drive, it could take more than a day to arrive, hence the 2nd. Those 3 days could easily be only one if the timestamps would be shown (31 october 23:00 to 2 november 01:00 is only 26 hours...)

I have the Kobo sleep cover but hate having to use the turn off button because of the ghost screen presses. Are any of these third party sleep covers ghost press proof?

I 'fixed' the bending issue by taping some paper on the inside of the case. It doesn't bend my KA1 anymore, but the case itself is still visibly bent when looking at it from the side. It's actually very sturdy and tight-fitting now. I also managed to get rid of the smell with white vinegar.

I hate sending things back and besides, it's only 20 euros. It's probably because I'm still not used to buying things online from other EU countries. I live in a country where return policies are extremely bad and sending things back means waiting weeks for a replacement (if it's even an option).

Well, the trip from the southern end of France to Paris was a lot longer than the trip from Paris to the Dutch border as the list now says: Being delivered to recipient (NL PAYS BAS). So, it'll either arrive today or at least tomorrow!

And I must say, first impression is already awesome and I haven't even taken it out of the box yet... And that box makes me wonder if even the box is custom made, as mine is the exact color as the cover: red and black

I've just received my own Noreve cover. I can only describe it in one word:

WORTHLESS!

Oh, it's impeccably made, and the packaging is awesome, with the cover being in a sleeve, in a plastic wrap, in a box, in an envelope.

However:
- I have specifically asked Noreve TWICE OVER if the cover would stay shut, even if I chose the version without a clasp:

Well, it DOESN'T stay shut. This makes it completely unusable for me, as it is not being pressed shut in my bag; if I put it in my bag like that, it will open and turn the reader on.

- Second: When folded back, the reader shuts off into sleep mode. That is unusable. The wake/sleep magnet is too strong. (And no, I'm not going to jack around with magnet-blocking materials behind the back of the e-reader. This is a €60 cover. If a magnet-block was needed, it should have been in there already.)

- Third: With the slightest amount of pressure on the lower left corner, the reader pops free.

I have rarely been that disappointed in a product. This cover doesn't meet any of the expectations I had of it.

I'm going to see if I missed something. If I didn't, I'm going to send this message to Noreve support and request a refund. I'll go for either a Gecko cover, or even a cheap cover from eBay. If this was such a cover, I would have already thrown it away as returning it would not be economical, but throwing away a €60 cover is a bit too much.

Very impressed with the quality of this case for the price; I wanted a cheap case until the Kobo cases were available in my local store. The case closes well and is held shut by magnets and hence functions and works perfectly as a sleep-cover. Shipping from China was fast, only took 2.5 weeks. Pleasantly surprised with the quality and I will not be buying the kobo cover, way too expensive especially when there are more cost effective alternative covers out there.
