How to use a spellcheck dictionary for italicizing

In Sigil, Preferences>Spellcheck Dictionaries, I have added a dictionary called "Sanskrit" by selecting "Add" and pasting the words from a .txt file. Since these words exist in the various .xhtml files, now I would like to italicize them. How to do it? Could the said dictionary file be used to find and italicize the words?

The "Introduce Yourself" forum is, surprising enough, for introducing yourself (and welcome to MobileRead). Tell us a little about yourself, what your reading interests are, etc.
