Possibly it was originally self-pubbed and then picked up by GrandCentral? The paperback shows Grand Central as the publisher. I looked on the Hachette/Grand Central website and the author (Chris Culver) is listed as one of their authors.

The Abbey was the fourth novel Chris Culver wrote, but the first he considered good enough to publish. He wrote ten query letters to literary agents. They either did not have interest in the book, didn't respond, or were unsure of its potential on the market.[8] He then decided to self-publish The Abbey in February 2011. He was pleased and surprised that he sold so well on his own.[9] As of early 2013, his e-book sales totaled more than 750,000 copies.[10] The early success attracted the attention of a literary agent[11] and publisher, Hachette Book Group with whom he sold three Ash Rashid series books.

He published two books, Just Run and Nine Years Gone without a publisher in 2011 and 2014, respectively. In December 2014, Chris Culver announced on Facebook that Hachette is no longer publishing the Ash Rashid series. However, the next novel in this series should be out in May 2015.

After the Armistice Ball is the first title in the Dandy Gilver historical series by Catriona McPherson. I've read the first few in this series, and enjoyed them, stopping only when the newer ones have gotten pretty outrageously priced, IMO at least. Be careful when you buy - there seem to be at least two versions of this title, since my prior Kindle US purchase doesn't show up using this link. Oh yeah, it has dropped to $3.99 at Kindle US...

Open Road seems to be working through this series, dropping various titles for short periods of time to $1.99, but not in any particular order that I can perceive. Hopefully they will keep going on this!
