Stopping Calibre Server from Cmd Line?

Windows 10 -- I was experimenting (playing around) and started caliber-server.exe from the command line using just the defaults

I opened IE11 and http:\\127.0.0.1:8080 and there it was

I have to figure out how to allow access from off the home network yet

Question: how do you stop it from the command line when I don't want to share any more?

Press Ctrl-C (although I am not sure if that works on windows with the current server. It does work with the server in calibre 3.0). Or you can just close the command prompt in which it is running.

Alt F4 in the command box running the (stand alone) server (W10 AE)

Via mouse - right click the cmd icon and select Close Window

Via keyboard - press WindowsKey+T, navigate to the cmd icon (use up arrow), press Menu key, select Close Window

Install 7+ Taskbar Tweaker and configure Middle Click to Close Window.

FWIW I hide them (haven't figured a way to have them show in the tray), if I need to kill one or more of them I use Task Manager (it shows port number and library path).

@BR -- well .... I was going to use 'Related Tools' but that said Third Party, and there were already some server related posts in Dev. But thanks for moving it to where it belongs

@all -- I did close the command window, but http:\\127.0.0.1:8080 still seemed to show some Calibre Server screens

Turns out (mea culpa) they were the cached pages. Clearing the cache gave me the expected "This Page Cannot Be Displayed" after closing the Cmd window

No worries.

BTW if you're interested in hiding the server cmd tasks you might be able to make use of Hidden Start - Run Applications and Batch Files without a Console Window or UAC Prompt

I have not tried it with calibre server specifically, but I use it for other things.
