Carving? Like turkeys and roast beef? Then how do they get it to the customer without spoiling?

In all seriousness, thanks for the post. I grabbed the book. I did the online business thing once before, with two businesses, but may do it again. Things have changed even since 5 or 6 years ago when I took down the websites. Maybe the book will help bring me up to speed.

Certainly the online shopping world has probably grown quite a bit in 5 or 6 years. People buy more ebooks than they did back then I would imagine just as one example.

One intimidating factor for me is that the importance of social media in drumming up business has soared, even in the last 5 or 6 years. It looks like you've pretty much got to embrace it, though, to successfully advertise and otherwise promote your business. And I happen to be one of those who hates social media--Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Google+, LinkedIn, you name it.
