I'm also in the UK. I've had a number of covers from Gecko including the Slimfit for the H2O. The corners seem well-protected to me, but I haven't put it to the test by deliberately dropping it on the floor

I've always been very happy with both quality and customer service. No problems with magnets on any of the Slimfits (3 different models) I've bought. So far I've always bought direct from Gecko, delivery to the UK was pretty fast.

I've had my Kobo cover for over a year now and it's still looking pretty good (except that the magnet pops out when I'm not using the cover and the H2O isn't there to keep the magnet in place). No fear of losing the magnet though because it just sticks to the inside of the front cover.

I like that it's slim and that it's easy to pop the reader in and out of the cover for times when I want to read with the H2O "naked."

Thanks all. I've decided to go with the deluxe Gecko cover for now, though was sorely tempted by the offical Kobo one. My Tuf-Luv cover has kept my PRS-650 in pristine condition for nearly 5 years, and I think I want to give the H20 that same level of protection, especially given the amount of travelling I do.

I really love this cover and those patterns.
The only think I hate is the lack of magnetic sleep on my Aura...
I make some mods in that case with some small magnets, placed with adhesive tape outside of the lid but with no luck... When I fold the lid on the back of my Aura, the reader goes to sleep... again...

If it is not a sleepcover, the why does it have the metal bits?

Notice in the picture, it has the metal bits and it is definitely not an H2O in there.

I have purchased it, Jon, and I've just tested it again in my Aura, no sleepcover. The metal bits are for closing the cover. Perhaps mine is faulty, I don't know.
