Occasionally, old comments are purged -- is that what you mean, or is it only specific comments you don't see?

I use the comments rss feed and Paul has two replies 19 hours ago in the feed, but when I try to go to those replies they aren't there.

Ah-ha, just realized it's not showing replies to comments, only top-level comments. Hopefully it's a temporary glitch.

Hi.
I have Calibre 2.65 and DeDRM 6.5.1 and it simply does not work for me. Can anyone tell me which older version of calibre might actually work !!
Also did anyone consider the folks who only uses Kindle for PC, and don't actually have a device to get the "key" from ???

Calibre + DeDRM plugin + K4PC is pretty much the simplest combination to get working (as in it Just Works). And that's all I will say about it here; if you have problems, you need to go to Apprentice Alf's blog for assistance.

Sorry. I know, and agree with, the guidelines regarding detailed discussion of DRM removal but my post was NOT asking for any details on DRM removal,

It was a simple question to try and determine if the 2 items did, or did not, work together using specific versions.

I did this because your threads very frequently mention that each new Calibre release seems to break something else.

So the question was asking if Calibre 2.65 is no longer working.

My next question was to have been how many releases of Calibre do I need to go back, in order the 2 items worked.

Current versions of Calibre, Alf's tools, and K4PC work absolutely fine in combination. No version of Calibre, in all the years I've been using it, has ever broken Alf's tools.

You're clearly doing something wrong, and you can get help by asking in the discussion area at Alf's site.
