The fact that it's a poem containing 17 syllables is not, in itself, sufficient to form a haiku, cromag (and, indeed, most modern Japanese haiku no longer have 17 syllables). The key definition of a haiku is the juxtaposition of two different ideas with a "cutting word" between them. I would suggest, therefore, that your composition, although it has undoubtedly has great artistic merit, is not a haiku.
