I'd be more jealous of Patricia - Caerleon's a far more exciting place!

For some reason, the Romans don't seem to have left anything in my garden. Some great empire! What, this continent wasn't good enough for you? (grumble mumble mutter)

We have evidence of Viking activity in our area all the time. Little buggers in Purple and Gold shirts are just everywhere!

They didn't leave anything in my garden either... I'm not even sure if there was dry land in the times of the Romans, actually... It would explain the heavy sea clay...

Holly Crep - this thread just will not die! Doesn't anyone have a wooden spike?

And - PATRISHA - with all that "age", experience, and credentials, isn't it embarassing to be only a "junior" member? Geez, get one of the zookeepers to upgrade you. And, welcome to the mother of all threads!!

If we had wooden stakes, we'd have already used them on Marc's legal team...

That was the plan, yes. Unfortunately, the subcontractor who was supposed to provide the stakes (a wholly owned subsidiary of Montsmags Enterprises) sold us faux wood grain plastic stakes instead.

Lucky for me I discovered this soon enough to run away. The ones who didn't are now part of Marc's legal team.

Oopsies.
It wasn't actually out of place, considering the nature of this thread (and forum for that matter...)
