Something I noticed on my way to something else...

Steel Magnolia has another "free and $0.99" sale, this time from Aug 11 - 15, so you need to be fairly quick if you want any of these titles. I searched Steel Magnolia in this thread and noticed that they seem to do this every month or so. A lot of the titles this time look like they may be the same as previous sales, but I don't have time to match them all up one-for-one to see, and also folks may have missed something previously, so here's the info:

Presumably as part of Sourcebooks annual-ish Georgette Heyer birthday sale, a whole bunch (all?) of Heyer's romances have dropped to $2.99 or less at Kindle US. I think I've picked pretty much all of them up in past sales, but will need to check this evening when I have some time.

Yeah, the $2.51 ones are why I said "$2.99 or less". It's the same for Heyer's mysteries too - most at $2.99 but a few at $2.51. Definitely weird.

It's not a price you see everyday but lately I've been seeing odd prices like $2.00 for Montlake books instead of $1.99 odd but more memorable.

Still haven't managed to read Deryn Lake's previous romance title, which was a US Kindle Countdown deal a while back (see below), but now there is another of her romance titles, Banishment, on US Kindle Countdown at $0.99 for almost six more days. Not sure whether to take a chance on another one since I haven't read the previous one, but it is only $0.99. Decisions, decisions...
