Issue with printable TOC in PDF output
When I disable TOC in the beginning of the book (FB2 Input → "Do not insert a Table of Contents in the beginning of the book"), the TOC at the end of the book if not properly generated (PDF Output → "Add a printable Table of Contents at the end").
