Hey,
i am trying to find a dictionary Swedish- German.
I tried to convert a txt file from the dict.cc- website, but it wont work.
I can use a pocketbook or an Icarusreader, so I would either need stardict format or .dic format, as far as i understood it.
Is there someone, who can help me to convert this txt- file? I would be very very thankful!!

You can use convert the text file to stardict(ifo) with pyglossary.

Installed this python, but cant open pyglossary. Not with my mac, neither with windows.

Post 256 is to a -SWEDISH to GERMAN- translation dictionary.

Post 263 quotes post 262 which quotes post 255 which contains a link to the Kobo friendly English Wiktionary. It would follow that the attached file in post 263 was the edited version of the one from post 255. Which would still be the English wikitionary and thus covered by fair use.

Especially since Oren64 also specifically stated he had PMed Fisch2000 about the Swedish-German dictionary rather than uploading it here to MobileRead.

Has anyone used the English Wiktionary? It is larger in size than the English 1913 but was wondering if it is actually a better English dictionary for my Kobo.

Are there any downsides to using it?
