UPDATE: Okay, I'm finding out all kinds of information. Just not what I was interested in knowing. I haven't been able to find an offer for a free audio, from Books on Tape or the Listening Library, of The Hidden Garden.

If you want the book on audio, free, LibriVox (I can't believe what I'm about to say) *gulp* has at least two free versions that sound very good.

Interestingly, I learned that booksontape.com is supposed to be oriented toward libraries; Listening Library (www.penguinrandomhouseaudio.com) is supposed to be oriented toward individuals.

BTW--I noticed that the "list price" (I think that that term has become just about meaningless, for what it's worth) for the download is $47. So, it sounds like the freebie is a great deal.
