It's impressive how many people (I caught 3 in an 8 hour interval) still hangs on an error that was "solved" a few posts back and can't manage to read a bit more.

Knc1, forgot to congratulate you for the organization and being so clear. Your first post is amazing. It's something I envy a lot (in a good way).

To use one of Branch Delay's favorite phrases:

Now every model Kindle from the K2 to the KOA (Kindle Oasis) has a jailbreak.
(The K1 never needed one.)

Yes, I know there are some errors in there - I'll get around to fixing them when I am more awake.

The KOA factory initial firmware files are not (yet) listed in the pastebin index.

These are large files, and we are updating 3 server clouds, the index page will be updated RSN.
(Yeah, as if there where a lot of Oasis owners wanting to jail break their expensive toy.)

Note that currently *nothing* properly supports the Oasis (I'll fix that tomorrow), and none of us actually tested this on an Oasis ('cuz we don't have one ^^), so, err, here be dragons

(But, from a theoretical standpoint, everything looks good!)

In other news, to make this perfectly complete, the only thing missing is a volunteer with a not-yet-unboxed brand new KT3 (i.e., the new "Kindle 8th generation") ^^.

Mediafire server shows 738 jailbreak files downloaded @ 400GB total. Plus we now have two other servers with additional downloads of their own. And some downloads have surely been used on multiple kindles, so we are well over 1000 kindles served. Perhaps the 500 jailbreaker estimate in the first post is a wee bit low? And we have KOA images on all of them, and in the pastebin too (though no Oasis hacks ready yet, but very soon).

It is off by the number of PW-2 devices jail broken.
That first post is based on Branch Delay's jail break counts.
It is only used to JB kindles

My server is showing 210GB total.

Although I took it out of the first post -
I still think somebody out there is hosting the two small support files and re-directing to our cloud servers for the image bandwidth monsters.

The next distribution network I am playing with will give much better reporting, more like the reports you would expect from a web server.
And much better controls - I'll find'em and block'em.

And if things get really out of hand -
I can set-up "one time ticket", open up gunshi.org again, and make people register to get a ticket.

We need to see HTTP referer tags in case they are hotlinking to the servers. Can you tally them from your logs to see from where they come (if not copy/paste URLs)?

The download rates seem too linear. There should be ups and downs. It would be great to see MRTG graphs for your servers.
