Didn't they close down years ago? I use to buy my agency books from them. It would have been a nice tidy settlement amount from Apple had they still been around.

They stopped selling ebooks back in 2013. But their website was still up and ebooks could be downloaded.

Now their website is still up, but nothing can be downloaded anymore.

They never did a proper "we're closing" press release. They just slowly faded away.

They had their lawsuit dismissed in January but filed an appeal in February. Perhaps, the owner was hoping to have a settlement by now to keep the website functioning.

When they changed to that account access only page, I seem to remember emails from them saying they were closing and they would keep access to the ebooks for a limited time only, I'm surprised the website is still there TBH.

That wiki link misses at least Diesel & WH Smiths closing, so I suspect there are a number of others as well.

There was a website I used to purchase .pdb books for my palm that also shut down quite some time ago. I can't remember the website name but it didn't appear to be listed at the wiki link site.
