Now I"m ticked. I spent the whole friggin' say at my daughters school, in the kindergarden class on Friday.

No mention anywhere anytime of girl scout cookies!! Of course, I know K's don't sell them, but somewhere in the school there should have been a poster. Well, I'm sure when I go to the grocery store, they'll be out there like always.......

Oh, my goodness, they are a national institution.

and yes, they are very very good. I love the shortbread, and chocolate mint ones, myself. But they are expensive, and this year they are charging the same price and putting fewer cookies in the thin mints and one other type.

Well they are only available for a few months every year (unless you are smart and have good self control and buy a whole bunch to put in the freezer). They are extremely fattening, which means they are super tasty.

What's not to like?

Well it was either that or bump up the price. Apparantly the ingredients have doubled in price or something.

But they aren't affected by the peanut butter recall (like that would stop me anyway, sheesh).
