I have a question about Lisa Marie Rice's Midnight series. I seem to have the first book which was originally from EC but not the other two. It seems the author has self released the trilogy with some editing. Do I need to rebuy Midnight Man so I don't get confused with the new editions?

Not sure about the ebook version. I listened to the entire series. You might be able to get Midnight Man from Audible for $1.99, since the ebook was free at one time. (I guess that was the old version).

I got most of them through BPL, and Hoopla has some of her suspense, if you can get Hoopla. I loved the Protectors series, too. And the Heart of Danger series. I wish Dangerous Lover was available in audio.

I think she calls them "lightly re-edited" so no major changes, probably just a little wording cleanup or something. I wouldn't rebuy Midnight Man.

Oh good call BPL has the other two titles published by EC. I didn't see any audio of the trilogy though.

I didn't mark where I got the audio for books 2 & 3, darn it. Not finding them in any of my libraries. Not at tune-in. I'll keep searching.

No, you don't. I bought the new version and when I read it nothing seemed different from what I remembered from the old version.

AllRomance has all of them, and discounted right now as a part of their summer sale. They have several of her other books too.

Thanks. I don't have to buy them Brooklyn PL has them all to borrow. I gotta say it's the best birthday day gift I've gotten. $50 for a year and saves me tons of money.

I also have free library of Philadelphia which thanks to book lover I now have Hoopla to play with. We got our card free because hubby is a vet.

My local library has a very small Overdrive but I use it sometimes.

I was gonna to buy them from Google Play if necessary. I have a little bit of reward credits ($12) to use.

Brooklyn is awesome, I pay for them too. I did drop Philadelphia, only can afford one paid library. I also have access free to Houston overdrive as I am a TX resident. My local TC library doesn't have as much stuff that I want to read, but they are the only ones that give me 3 weeks on ebooks.

Best thing is my library extension plug in. I can see every book on amazon and goodreads and see which of my 3 libraries it is in. They now include audiobooks too.
