I had a 50% we miss you code from April that I didn't use because I didn't see it in time. Tried it a few days after it expired and it didn't work. Just for fun, I tried it again last week and it did work again. And not just on books from a list, but on any book I wanted.

Ugh I'm getting sick of these coupons that only work on "selected" books, what if my tastes are something other than bestselling novels or what not, then I'm undeserving of a any discounts? I liked their old coupons better, at least they worked on (almost) all books in their store.

Wow! I just got a Kobo price match credit in about 4 hours!!!! I'd still prefer to have more frequent/higher value coupon codes rather than the price matching, but this is pretty impressive.

I'm now 3-for-3 on painless and hassle-free price matches, all of which came within a couple of days. But the 4 hour response on this last one has sort of left me blown away...

What is happening to Kobo???

Has anyone else who gets the Open Road Early Bird daily deals email noticed that Kobo is no longer listed as one of the retailers? And when you go to Kobo, the books are not on sale?

I've price-matched a couple that I really wanted, since I'm not fond of either Google Play or BN to get an epub, and that has worked, but it's odd.

I wonder what the issue is. The first time I noticed it a few days ago, I figured it was some temporary Kobo glitch (and it may still be) but it's been going on for a while now...
