I am not at all certain that comparison against wannabe authors (or even successful authors for that matter!) is a reliable test for sanity. ... But then again, I think I've seen sane, and I'm not sure I like it.

Let's just test the sanity of the people in this thread.
If 2 out of 3 people around you are abnormal then you are the normal one.
So here is a quick psych test.
You have a bathtub full of water. You have a bucket and a spoon. How do you drain the bathtub?
