Tell 'em they can install them in my back garden for a fee. The view past my back garden isn't that great, and they'd mask the traffic noise, probably...

I thought wind turbines were better off situated offshore anyway? (From an energy generating point of view, at least)

Assuredly so, but more costly to install etc...

Please send them to my place. It would be tough to do given my small lot but I'd rather have a wind turbine in my back yard than see those two incredibly lengthy trains that deliver coal daily to the coal-fired power plant further down the coast. It's a sight that makes my heart shudder.

Yea... global warming.

I blame global warming on the fact that it has been so cold here in Tampa. It was fraking (for you BSG fans) 35 this AM when I went to take my walk. I just don't have the clothes for this frigid weather.

Edit: This was a response to Am's troubles with too-long file names which now makes no sense, sinc weh have shifted to Sodding Global Warming as the topic of the moment.
