Like others have mentioned, I can't work out the order of books shown when I click on the 'Author' arrow, for both ascending and descending.

I can appreciate that 'Status' moves those yet to be purchased books, eg previews, to the top of the list, and series seems to be a subset of (in my case) 'Author'. (But 'Author' is not in alpha order, just a mish mash of alpha listings!)

And for the same account, new format I have 249 books, old format 242, the difference being 7 I can't really account for because there are 9 previews in the new format.

Oh, and my Purchase History for that same account shows 196 purchases, with the difference being over 50 books. Maybe the difference relates to 'freebies' but I don't download freebies very often. Who knows!!

I've rechecked My Library for this account, which hasn't bought anything since the first half of 2015, and it's still the same figures: 240 purchases and 9 previews.

And so is the Purchase History the same: 196.

I trust the Purchase History figure as accurate (+9 previews) over the number of books in My Library. But, I can't test this until the alpha sort works and then I see if books have been doubled up.

We'll get the sorting and search fixed over the next 1-2 weeks. Date added will get fixed as well (for the most part -- there are some old legacy books that will likely not have a date added but we'll stuff them at the bottom instead). Thanks again for your patience!

How are you going to "stuff them at the bottom"? Sort nulls last? Or fake a date? Personally, as these are older books, I'd just use the date the user joined for them. Not accurate, but it sorts in the right place. And its probably simpler to do than adding exceptions in the sorting code. And yes, I am a lazy programmer.

Now my new library has 1 more book than my old library (I'm reading/bookmarked items). However, my old library's purchased items section shows 39 more books than my account's purchase history page. Until sort, search, and date added are fixed, I can't really figure out the discrepancies. Even sorted by date added, all the items with the incorrect date of 4/20/2016 keep shifting around as I try to look through them.

The new library has filter buttons at the top for "all items", "books", and "finished". The finished button shows 18 old random books, and I see no way to mark them unread. None of them are books listed as finished on my ereader or apps. With all items showing, the status column has some books marked as unread and others as 0% read. Don't know why there'd be a difference.

Just checked and the new library now shows 9 more items than the old library's I'm Reading and 31 more items than the old library's Purchased. Checking, I still have several duplicated entries with the same purchase date which accounts for most of the excess items along with several previews which account for the rest of the excess. All the dates look okay now but author sort still has 50 or so that are mis-sorted.

From my experience, unread means you've never opened the ebook, 0% means you opened it but never read any further.

What about the problem with columns not showing? I never knew there was a column for date added (or whatever it is since I still don't see it). It seems like whenever accessibility settings are used you can't see all the columns. I should be able to pan back and forth to see all the columns if I want to.

Is it possible to allow setting colums as do not display or allowing the user to set the order of the columns? I see the status column which is of no interest to me at all since I don't own a Kobo. I would prefer to pan back and forth to see all the data, but it appears your entire website is set up to display based on screen size or something.

It shouldn't matter what size my screen is - even on my 23 inch wide screen monitor I have to go full screen to see everything since I need to use accessibility settings in Windows and Android.

It's always been hidden for me. Are you looking at a small screen? That will hide it since it's the last column. All columns that don't fit on your screen size are hidden.

No, full size on a 1920*1080 resolution screen. Both the date and status were shown the other day. And resizing the screen does adjust what is visible. The status does appear when I make the width small enough for just a single column.

Looking at the source, I can see both. I can't quickly see why they aren't showing. It's probably something in the Javascript.

When I change the dpi I can see all columns. I normally have the dpi set so that things are larger. When you change the screen size, do you make it max size? Depending on what your OS is you could try changing the dpi to make everything smaller and you should see all columns. The problem is that Kobo only shows what will fit on your screen, and I use accessibility settings to make things bigger. That's why you can see the columns in the source but not on your screen.

I'm not changing the DPI. I'm just using 1920*1080 which is the natural resolution of the screen and have the text/apps size set to 100%. That's the minimum on Win10, so it's the highest DPI in use.

If I have Firefox maximized, it only shows title, author, series, genre and the action column. Same for Chrome and IE. Changing the browser window size will reduce the columns, but nothing is adding the status or date added column. And as I can see the data in the page source, it has to be something in the stylesheet or Javascript is hiding them. I can't see anything in the stylesheet, so it s probably in the Javascript that is managing the columns, and I haven't felt like ferreting through that to how exactly it works.
