I've listened the first two of the Idaho series. I really liked them. The third one comes out this month.

In this one she just wants them both and doesn't seem too broken up about it. Its very much kind of a rehash of the Kathleen series to me.

When she gets the page turning crazy sauce right, I can't stop reading her books. But when she gets it wrong, its ugh.

This is what the fans wanted another messy triangle. She got such bad reviews for the Ivy series for trying something new. She went back to the formula the fans liked.

There is no Audible for the third Ivy book in KU.

Ms Snow is from St Louis and was born in the same town I was.

Ah, you do audio. I can't get into them, although I wish I could.

I know some love those triangles, but I can't do it anymore. Kathleen I tolerated it as it was like reading crack and the cray cray was so entertaining. At least I felt some of the agony. In that new triangle series it just feels like a watered down version of another same type triangle, without some of the crack.
Ivy I liked for the reason you said, something a bit different. At least so far.

In general though I stay far far away from triangles so I don't read a lot of new type contemporary romance stories anymore. So many are split into several books, or have triangles or things that just don't appeal to me.

I know what you mean. These new generation of Romance readers like the drama. They grew up on the CW dramas and other angsty shows. Kathleen Turner series characters was based on Vampire Dairies. Kade and Blane are based on the brothers on there. I see more and more of these type of stories to come.

FWIW I don't like this new trend of using "clean" to indicate romances without sex (or only closed door). I'm not sure "sweet" was so great either, but sweet is tons better than clean

Agreed. Clean makes regular romance sound dirty. Sweet is okay.

Most of these books have been free on Amazon so double check.
