To receive emails, in your profile under "Email Updates>Get info on the latest eBooks, offers, and app updates." make sure you've clicked the 'yes please' box. My daughter's old account doesn't send emails no matter how many times I've changed the settings so it doesn't always work.

Miss you codes seem to only get sent when you haven't used your account for 2+ months.

Actually, I've had that box checked from the beginning, and Kobo sends me lots of recommendations (usually for books I already own). They just don't send me coupons.

So the page states, on the 27th April Kobo introduced "Helpful Hints", which sits near the top of the home page and, I think, in the same place of most other pages. (see pic below)

Kobo has included a 'Comments' section and as I post there are 5 comments. Interesting ..... here's a sample:

I purchased a book listed in a KOBO Today Only, Hurry one day only sale email received 27April2016. The book was Diana Gabaldon's Dragonfly in Amber listed at $3.99 however I was charged $11.54. Can you explain why I was charged a diffent price than listed in the email?

Hi I am wondering if y0u can help me I made my last purchase on the 24 th of aprril using a gift card and should have a balance of $11.40 remaining however when I went to use this card again it said the balance was $0.00 dollars please let me know what happened with this the gift card

That "helpful hints" page is a post from their Kobo Cafe blog. Funny and sad that people are trying to use it to get customer service.

I have never received a coupon, working or not, from Kobo, other than from the contest. I have been very lucky with winning ereaders, but not with getting codes.

Anybody else seeing the new 'Library' format? Was worried for a moment that there's no longer a download button (I panic easily!) but now you have to hit the three-dot menu and select Export File. Bit more flexibility in sorting - author, by first name

- but also a new Search function

Oh, thank you so much for posting this! I was in full on panic mode.

I completely missed the menu with "Export File."

I see that I have a bunch of titles all with the "date added" of 4/20/2016 when the last thing I actually purchased was 4/19. I think they're books that I transferred over from Sony way back when.

For me the sorting sucks - I can't figure out what the order is and I was looking for purchase order.

^ The table is responsive. Your screen probably isn't wide enough to show that column. You can try zooming out the page.
