They are rebooting the MacGyver series. I believe it's supposed to be out next year so the next generation will have an opportunity to experience it

I wondered about that description too. I think all of them technically have the same screen specs. But Voyage has an edge to edge flush glass front, while the Paperwhite has plastic bezels. The Oasis screen seems to be more like the Voyage.

I thought the difference might be water resistant vs. water proof. However, I see the water resistant S7 actually has the better rating of IP68 compared to the water proof Kobo Aura H20 rated at IP67.

A lot of companies use water proof instead of water resistant. I'm betting it's all in marketing.
