I've just finished watching Victorious (the 10th episode). Some friends recommended me to watch it as a sitcom with good (not too stupid) humour and pleasant actor's play. I watched almost a half of the first season and now I can agree with their opinions, it's a good show when you want to have some relax after a busy day and make your mood better

For now my favourite characters from it are Tori Vega, Cat Valentine and Jade West. Probably, Cat Valentine is the most favourite for me because she's so cute and funny in a lot of episodes

Besides I like that fact that this sitcom has not too many seasons, I'm not a fan of really long shows... But I read here that they can make the 5th season in the future. If yes, hope that it won't be worse than the previous ones as it often happens with the other TV shows :doh:

Printing pictures taken on the second day of the trip to Krakow. I'm still working on the photo album, editing the photographs is my least favourite thing to do when working on an album. Earlier today I went to the craftstore and bought a bunch of stuff for this vacation album, so I now have the motivation to work on it.

Picked up 2 Daniel Silva books on CD from the library yesterday. I'm downloading them to put on my iPod touch. Was wide awake this Sunday morning at 5 am so took the Willow out for an early walk. Making Chocolate Zucchini bread later and watching the Blackhawks on TV.

About to make a (very) late night run to the Post Office. If I drop my Dad's birthday card in the dropbox tonight it should get picked up in the morning load and he should get it on Tuesday.

I've just booked another weekend away. In January my sister inviting herself and a nasty cold meant I didn't read/relax as much as I wanted to. This time my sister tried to invite herself, again, but the cottage I booked has only one bedroom, a tiny kitchen, no oven and most importantly, no dishwasher. Which means I can spend a week on my own, being as anti-social as my introvert heart wants to be.

I've been to this park before, when it was still owned by Center Parcs. I was about 10 or 11 and my sister had a stomach bug (which manifested itself on the car ride, yuk) and the next day my parents also caught it. I was the only one who didn't get it. It was a great week, for me.

The cottages are still the same, by now a bit outdated (but cheap because of that). And it being June the chances of good weather are better than in January or November, when I usually rent a cottage.

Lopping broken branches from an overhanging tree
in a neighbours garden,that were broken in the recent
wind attack we experienced! Neighbour is in agreement
about this and unable to do it himself, owing to illness.

I'm expecting the delivery of a package today. Unfortunately, GLS doesn't give a time slot on their website.

Since it's Monday and the store's closed (most delivery persons believe no one can live above a shop) I've already made a sign telling them to ring the doorbell to deliver the package. Which also means I probably have to go downstairs often to tell customers that, yes we're home, but that no the store's closed and I won't help them (they will ring the doorbell that's not only labelled with our family name but also labelled "so not the store").
